Senior Strategic Planner

- Analyze client briefs, conduct market, competitor, and consumer research, and uncover actionable consumer insights.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies, including IMC strategy, Big Idea, communication strategy, brand messaging, and consumer journey.
- Build content frameworks and channel strategies across Digital, Social Media, KOL/KOC, PR, and Offline touchpoints.
- Participate in proposal pitching, presenting and defending strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Account and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed in line with the approved strategy.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of strategic deliverables.

- 3+ years of experience as a Strategic Planner, Creative Planner, or Planner in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong expertise in brief analysis, consumer insights, brand positioning, and communication planning.
- Proven ability to develop integrated campaign strategies, creative concepts, and compelling presentation decks.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Solid understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, and Real Estate being a strong advantage.
- Experience participating in client pitches and contributing to winning new business is preferred.
