Main Responsibility

Manage the lifecycle of building assets and technical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore, survey, and thoroughly understand all building technical systems.

• Operate, inspect, monitor, and maintain M&E systems in accordance with approved plans and checklists.

• Analyze system failures and implement corrective actions, replacement plans, and improvement solutions.

• Develop, update, and manage operating procedures, maintenance procedures, checklists, and work instructions.

• Manage technical documentation, as-built drawings, operation logs, and maintenance records.

• Manage technical budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs.

• Assign, train, guide, and supervise technical staff in operation and maintenance activities.

• Manage, supervise, and inspect contractors and service providers.

• Ensure technical systems operate reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, environmental, and statutory requirements.

• Prepare technical reports, incident reports, budget reports, and perform other duties assigned by management.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and manage technical operation and maintenance budgets.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in building engineering, operation and maintenance of M&E systems; or 3 years of experience at Chief Engineer level.

• Experience in operation and maintenance of technical systems in buildings, industrial parks, factories, or residential complexes.

Specialized Skills

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in operation and maintenance of building M&E systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and as-built drawings.

• Experience in technical supervision, quality inspection, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of electrical safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental regulations, and related legal requirements.

• Experience in equipment management, technical procedures, and operational budget control.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong planning, task management, and progress tracking abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and quality orientation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Working Time

• 48 working hours per week.
