Tuyển dụng Senior Sales Executive - Footwear Industry tại Hồ Chí Minh

Manage and develop assigned key accounts and territories to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, develop new customers, and convert competitor accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Negotiate quotations, commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
Work with global sales teams to implement global brand specifications and convert brand nominations into local sales with Tier-1/Tier-2 manufacturers.
Support and coach junior Sales Executives in sales methodology, account management, and negotiation.
Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer information through CRM/HubSpot.
Monitor customer credit and payment status and coordinate to resolve payment issues.
Provide market intelligence, sales forecasts, and regular reports to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
4+ years of B2B field sales experience, including at least 3 years in the Textile & Footwear industry.
Strong experience in business development, new customer acquisition, and key account management.
Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good mentoring/coaching capability and ability to support junior sales team members.
Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is preferred.
