Tuyển dụng Senior Sales Executive (USD 850 - 1000) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Role and Responsibility include, but not limited to:
- Follow the sales instruction and achieve the sales target.
- Maintain business growth and generate direct/indirect profitable business.
- Regularly report on sales activity and any special case (if any).
- Conduct an effective sales plan and keep generating freehand biz to sustain sales performance.
- Identify market opportunities and customers’ needs in relation to the focus markets.
- Conduct sales campaign/promotion and join the sales visits with overseas agents, other sales teams and customers whenever needed.
- Cooperate closely with Vietnam OP team and other offices for the sales development within Ensign Group whenever needed.
Job description includes, but not limited to:
- Preparation of sales report, weekly sales plans, for the review in weekly sales review meeting.
- Conduct regular effective sales contact including the preparation of sales follow up, such as quotation, service presentation, business negotiation, and contract agreement, etc.
- Keep closely good relationship with customers and ensure the constant support.
- Regularly solicit the customer’s feedback for ongoing improvement, plus sharing industry / market news if any.
- Conduct exhibition visit on a regular basis and share the sales information within Ensign Group for mutual sales follow up.
- Coordinate with VN OP team for the biz solutions.
- Report sales issues to superior and monitor the progress closely if any.
- Keep exploring customer sources for long term self-business expansion.
- Join the relevant business association or network for exploring biz opportunity.
- Identify the market opportunities and value-added service potential in related to the trade lane.
- Responsible for the final payment collection from the credit customers if any.
Skill and Qualification includes, but not limited:
- Minimum 3-5 years of practical sales experience in Freight forwarding or Logistics Industry.
- Relevant track record in some business achievement.
- Strong customer base for Intra-Asia will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, willing to work under pressure, self-motivated and discipline are essential.
- Proficient writing and speaking both in Vietnamese and English, added advantage if able to communicate in Chinese.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
