Senior Sale Planner

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the goods are shipped on time and quantity
Receive PO from customers and Manage orders
Receive requests, feedback and Resolving complaints from customers
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff
Cons setup, cons planning, inventory disposal, PO follow up on parts meeting TP
Performs other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
3-5 years working experience as Customer Service
Knowledgeable in ERP System/ Epico
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
Hard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiastic
Ability to team-working and work independently, cautiously
Organizational, arrangement skills
Proficient in computer skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Working Time:
7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Mondays – Fridays)
Shuttle Bus is Provided.
