Senior/Recruitment Consultant

• Collaborate with the BD team to understand clients' hiring requirements and recruitment expectations.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various industries and functions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Provide professional consultation and market insights to both clients and candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports in the company's database and ATS system.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use English in the workplace.
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, FMCG, or F&B sectors is an advantage.
