Supply Chain Manager (English And Chinese)

• Manage overall supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and delivery.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales departments to ensure smooth material flow and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop the SCM team to achieve operational targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in English/ Chinese language or related major
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• 5- 8+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics/EMS
• Strong background in Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics
• Experience managing suppliers and driving supply chain optimization
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
