***Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

- Identify and evaluate local and overseas suppliers; manage RFQs and support supplier selection decisions.

- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost and service targets.

- Maintain supplier database and monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, and responsiveness.

Purchasing Operations:

- Create and manage purchase orders in ERP; track order status through delivery and acceptance.

- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, QA, Production, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth procurement operations.

- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

- Resolve daily operational issues including shipment delays, quantity discrepancies, and quality concerns.

- Ensure procurement documents, invoices, and compliance certificates are properly maintained.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior purchasing staff when required.

Problem Solving & Process Improvement :

- Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning.

- Propose and support improvements to purchasing processes, ERP workflows, and supplier management practices.

***Requirements:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering,

- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Around 3-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, automotive or e-mobility.

- Hands-on experience working with overseas suppliers is a strong plus.

- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite or similar) is required; comfortable reading a BOM.

Skills:

- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

- Proactive and high ownership mindset

- Strong supplier management and cross-functional communication

- Detail-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills

- Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, tracking & analysis)

- Strong written and verbal English communication

- Understanding of incoterms, payment terms, and import processes

- Familiarity with EV compliance standards is a plus
