Senior Property Manager

Job Summary

As a Senior Property Manager, you will support the Head of Operations in managing and monitoring property management operations across multiple projects, ensuring service excellence, operational compliance, and effective project coordination. The role may also provide temporary support as a Property Manager or Operations Manager when required.

- Support the Head of Operations in monitoring and coordinating daily operational activities across multiple projects.

- Review operational reports, proposals, action plans, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Monitor project performance, service standards, KPIs, budgets, and operational plans.

- Coordinate and follow up on operational issues, incidents, and improvement initiatives across projects.

- Conduct operational audits, site inspections, and follow up on corrective actions when required.

- Liaise with project teams and internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of operational plans and company policies.

- Analyze operational data and identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.

- Assist in maintaining service quality and operational consistency across all managed projects.

- Support internal and external stakeholder communications on operational matters.

- Temporarily support or act as Property Manager or Operations Manager for projects as assigned.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.

- Over 7 years of experience in Property Management, Building Operations, or related fields, including management level responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of property management operations, service standards, and operational compliance.

- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

- Good command of English communication and report writing.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel or temporarily support project operations when required.
