Senior Product Owner

I. About the role:

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of product initiatives from roadmap planning to implementation and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and create measurable value for both customers and the organization.

II. What you need to do

- Own the delivery of product initiatives from planning, execution, launch, to post-launch enhancement.

- Translate product roadmap into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Product Design, Operations, - - - Business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Drive project governance by monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and - communicating project status.

- Facilitate requirement clarification, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and change management activities.

- Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and implementation efficiency.

- Track project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles in a technology environment.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Experience working with digital products or technology platforms.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
