(Senior) Legal Executive

- Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company to a high standard, and/or bilingual (English & Vietnamese).

- Draft, prepare, and adjust the promotion registration documents under the customer program.

- Prepare, submit application(s), and liaise with authorities for a license and a sub-license in terms of corporation, IP, and e-commerce.

- Proactively keep track of and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact the company's business.

- Provide legal advice and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.

- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in business law or equivalent major.

- 3-5 years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Experience in tech and/or FMCG companies, with a good understanding of corporate business operations and culture, is preferred.

- Having a profound sense of responsibility and focusing on the work, the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, and good logical thinking & organization skills.

- Good at communication and negotiation, able to deal with authority.

- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

- Good command of English is an advantage.
