Job description - Key Responsibilities

• Trực tiếp phụ trách thiết kế cho một số dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới/ Directly responsible for designing some new product development projects.

• Assist the R&D Manager in organizing and supervising new product development projects; assigning and monitoring tasks for the staff; supervisoring and monitoring the results from design to golden samples./ Hỗ trợ trưởng bộ phận triển khai, điều phối các dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới, phân công công việc cho nhân viên; giám sát và đo lường kết quả thực hiện từ thiết kế đến mẫu hoàn thiện.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessment; optimize quality product; manufacturing feasibility, cost targets, material ultilization/ Chủ trì và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm; đánh giá khả năng sản xuất; mục tiêu giá cả và tối ưu hóa nguyên vật liệu.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Purchasing, QA, Production, and Engineering to ensure on-time completion according to development milestones./ Điều phối giữa R&D, QA, Lab, Purchasing, Production và Sales đảm bảo tiến độ phát triển sản phẩm theo Timeline.

• Review and approve technical documents, BOM./ Xem xét và xét duyệt bản vẽ kỹ thuật, BOM.

• Have experience in the wood manufacturing field/Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong cùng lĩnh vực hoặc vị trí tương đương trong ngành gỗ.

• Proficiency in autocad, Inventor/ Thành thạo Autocad, Inventor.

• Good command of spoken and written English./ Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh

• Project management; organizational skills; Problem solving / Có kỹ năng quản lý dự án, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức công việc và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.

• Strong communication and decision making/ Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt và ra quyết định

Additional information

From 7:30am to 4:30pm

Taking Saturday off based on company’s policy – 3 days per month.
