Job Purpose

The Production & Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete export logistics process from purchase order confirmation until cargo departure. The role ensures on-time shipments, accurate export documentation, efficient container utilization, and smooth coordination between factories, freight forwarders, carriers, customers, merchandising teams and internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in minimizing shipment delays, resolving logistics issues proactively and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Planning & Coordination

• Manage end-to-end export shipment process.

• Update shipment tracking reports.

• Monitor production readiness and shipment risks.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, QA and factories.

• Optimize container utilization.

Booking Management

• Arrange vessel bookings and monitor confirmations.

• Revise bookings when quantities or delivery dates change.

• Coordinate split and partial shipments.

Export Documentation

• Review Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SI, Bill of Lading Draft, COO and other export documents.

• Ensure documentation accuracy before submission.

Factory & Customer Communication

• Liaise daily with factories, forwarders, shipping lines, customers and internal teams.

• Escalate shipment risks early.

Issue Resolution

• Resolve late production, container shortages, customs issues, vessel rollovers and documentation discrepancies.

Reporting & KPI Monitoring

• Prepare shipment status, OTIF, container utilization, delay analysis and customer KPI reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or related field.

• 3–5 years of export logistics/shipping experience.

• Apparel supply chain experience preferred.

• Advanced Excel and good written English.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and freight booking platforms.
