Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance

A. Role Expectations

Lead and optimize costing structure across the full value chain from farm to processing plants

Oversee and evaluate CAPEX investments to improve productivity and technological capabilities

Ensure financial transparency and accuracy to support strategic decision-making by leadership

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Costing & Variance Management

- Develop and manage standard costing systems for fresh and processed meat products

- Conduct variance analysis vs. standard costs, focusing on feed costs, yield loss, labor, and energy

- Partner with Production and Farm teams to drive cost-saving initiatives

2. CAPEX Management

- Evaluate CAPEX proposals for farms and factories to ensure alignment with long-term strategy

- Perform financial analysis using NPV, IRR, and Payback Period; assess investment risks

- Monitor CAPEX disbursement, ensure budget compliance, and conduct post-investment reviews

3.Operations & Inventory Control

Supervise inventory processes across cold storage and farm warehouses

Identify and mitigate risks related to obsolete or damaged inventory impacting production costs

4.Strategic Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

Prepare periodic management reports on operational efficiency of farms and factories

Collaborate with Supply Chain to support forecasting and annual budgeting processes

5. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Major: Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

Experience: 5–7 years in financial management within manufacturing or supply chain environments, preferably FMCG

Language: Proficiency in English
