Senior Human Resources Assistant (HR Development)

1. HR System Development

• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and management frameworks.

• Drive HR process optimization and digital HR initiatives.

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR standards across all branches.

2. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Develop HR dashboards and management reports.

• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Monitor HR performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for senior management.

3. Work Performance Appraisal

• Design KPI concept & work evaluation method across branches.

• Analyze branch performance against HR metrics.

• Support performance review processes and organizational improvement initiatives.

4. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Lead or participate in HR transformation projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional HR improvement initiatives.

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management.

• Master's degree or HR certifications are an advantage.

2. Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

• At least 2 years in HRBP, HR Planning, HR Excellence, HR Analytics, Organizational Development, or related strategic HR functions.

• Experience supporting multiple business units or branch operations is preferred.

• Experience in multinational companies or large organizations is an advantage.

3. Key Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

• Continuous improvement mindset, especially in retail business field.

• Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
