Senior Fraud Risk Analyst

We are looking for a Fraud Risk Analyst to strengthen our Fraud Risk team by leading fraud monitoring, analytics and investigation activities. This role is responsible for identifying fraud patterns, improving fraud detection capabilities and enhancing fraud risk controls across digital products and services.

We welcome candidates from Fraud Risk, Fraud Analytics, Underwriting, Credit Risk, Collection Analytics, Portfolio Analytics or Risk Analytics, especially those with strong analytical skills and experience working with financial or transactional data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fraud indicators and proactively identify suspicious patterns or emerging fraud trends
• Perform in-depth data analysis to detect anomalies and support fraud risk assessment
• Lead or handle complex fraud investigations and provide actionable insights
• Develop and optimize fraud detection rules, scenarios and monitoring tools
• Review and challenge fraud incident data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Prepare regular reports and provide ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making
• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Business teams to enhance fraud prevention mechanisms
• Contribute to improving processes, policies and controls related to fraud risk management
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members (if applicable)

• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Fraud Risk, Fraud Analytics, Credit Risk, Underwriting / Credit Assessment, Collection Analytics, Risk Analytics
• Strong SQL skills (must-have); experience with Python or BI tools is a plus
• Solid experience in fraud detection, monitoring and investigation
• Experience in building or optimizing fraud rules/models is an advantage
• Good understanding of fraud schemes, risk controls and regulatory requirements (SBV is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with eKYC, transaction monitoring or digital fraud
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Data or related fields
