Senior Fieldwork Supervisor

Công việc/ Responsibilities:

Điều phối và giám sát hoạt động fieldwork cho các dự án nghiên cứu thị trường (chủ yếu

quantitative), đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng dữ liệu, chi phí đã được cam kết ban đầu; làm cầu nối

giữa đội hiện trường (PTE: Part-time Enumerator - nhân viên thu thập dữ liệu bán thời gian), team

CS/Project và bộ phận hành chính để triển khai dự án trơn chu, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát triển năng lực đội ngũ hiện trường.

Coordinate and supervise fieldwork activities for market research projects (primarily quantitative),

ensuring adherence to the initially committed timelines, data quality, and costs. Serve as a bridge

between the field team (PTE: Part-time Enumerators), the CS/Project team, and the administrative

department to ensure smooth project execution. At the same time, provide support in developing the capabilities of the field team.

1. Triển khai & quản lý dự án:

Project Implementation & Management:

• Nhận tóm tắt dự án (brief) từ CS, lập kế hoạch thu thập dữ liệu chi tiết (timeline, nhân lực, địa

điểm)./ Receive project briefs from CS team and develop detailed data collection plans (timeline,

manpower, locations)

• Điều phối thực hiện thu thập dữ liệu tại hiện trường, đảm bảo tiến độ và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng

theo yêu cầu nghiên cứu./ Coordinate and supervise fieldwork data collection, ensuring timelines and research quality standards are met.

• Quản lý 1–3 dự án fieldwork đồng thời (tùy quy mô)./ Manage 1–3 fieldwork projects simultaneously (depending on scale).

• Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng dữ liệu (consistency checks, logic checks), phối hợp với Data

team/CS để xử lý lỗi./ Conduct data quality checks (consistency checks, logic checks) and collaborate with the Data/CS team to handle errors.

• Báo cáo các vấn đề chất lượng và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời./ Report quality issues and propose timely corrective actions.

• Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ CS team trong công tác dịch vụ khách hàng, chuẩn bị facility dự án, đặc biệt

cho các dự án có tính chất Report Upto Raw Data./ Provide support to the CS team in customer service and project facility preparation, especially for projects involving Report Up to Raw Data.

2. Giám sát & phát triển đội ngũ hiện trường:

Field Team Supervision & Development:

• Phân công, hướng dẫn và giám sát đội PTE; kiểm tra kết quả làm việc, QA/spot-check tại hiện

trường khi cần./ Assign, guide, and supervise PTE (Part-time Enumerators); review their work results, conduct QA/spot-checks on site when necessary.

• Đào tạo on-the-job cho interviewer/new PTE; hỗ trợ coaching để nâng cao năng lực thu thập và

xử lý dữ liệu./ Provide on-the-job training for interviewers/new PTE; support coaching to enhance data collection and processing skills.

3. Administration:

• Chuẩn bị và kiểm soát hồ sơ tạm ứng, quyết toán theo quy định; lập bảng lương PTE chính

xác, minh bạch, kịp thời./ Prepare and control advance/settlement documents as required; accurately and transparently prepare PTE payroll on time.

• Tổng hợp Actual Cost / Productivity Summary / quyết toán quà & chi phí sau khi dự án kết

thúc (theo timeline yêu cầu)./ Compile Actual Cost / Productivity Summary / settlement of gifts & expenses after project completion (according to timeline requirements).

• Hỗ trợ FW Manager/CS trong việc lập Estimated Cost cho dự án; theo dõi biến động chi phí

thực tế và báo cáo./ Support FW Manager/CS in preparing Estimated Costs for projects; monitor actual cost variances and report accordingly.

• Kinh nghiệm 2–4 năm trong fieldwork / market research, trong đó có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát/lead PTE hoặc tương đương./ 2–4 years of experience in fieldwork/market research, including at least 1 year of experience supervising/leading PTE or equivalent

• Hiểu biết về phương pháp nghiên cứu thị trường (quantitative, retail audit là lợi thế)./ Knowledge of market research methodologies (quantitative, retail audit is an advantage).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Kinh nghiệm 2–4 năm trong fieldwork / market research, trong đó có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát/lead PTE hoặc tương đương./ 2–4 years of experience in fieldwork/market research, including at least 1 year of experience supervising/leading PTE or equivalent

• Hiểu biết về phương pháp nghiên cứu thị trường (quantitative, retail audit là lợi thế)./ Knowledge of market research methodologies (quantitative, retail audit is an advantage).

• Kỹ năng quản lý dự án cơ bản: lập timeline, phân bổ nguồn lực, theo dõi tiến độ./ Basic project management skills: timeline creation, resource allocation, progress tracking.

• Kỹ năng Excel vững (pivot, vlookup/basic formulas) và sử dụng Word/PowerPoint để báo cáo./ Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup/basic formulas) and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint for reporting.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản./ Basic English communication skills.

• Kỹ năng tổ chức, giải quyết vấn đề, chịu áp lực thời hạn./ Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

• Trung thực, siêng năng, cẩn trọng, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao./ Honest, diligent, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Có khả năng làm việc thực địa, di chuyển thường xuyên khi dự án yêu cầu./ Willing to work on-site and travel frequently as required by projects.
