Mô tả công việc

1. PURPOSE

Directed report to HR Manager under work assignment.

Establish the policy is under Vietnam Labor law, manage manpower to compliance Law regulation, advisory HR Manager to improve working environment & support other Departments in controlling manpower.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business administration, Law or related experiences.

- Above 05 years overall experiences in HR (payroll, C&B, recruitment & training) in manufacturing environment

- Foreign Manufacturing background required

- Fluently in English.

- In depth knowledge of the Law related to Labor, Trade union, insurance

- Strong Analytical skills for determining trends/root...
