Job Summary

Responsible for resource development in centralized procurement of purchased parts such as raw material (steel, copper, stainless steel etc), chemical and packaging materials for the company. Through resource development, supplier management and various VAVE initiatives, help the company to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement; pursue continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing for new potential suppliers and buildup of procurement market analysis according to central purchasing requirements across China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

• Supplier management – contract, pricing, capacity, deliveries Supply quote inquiry, cost analysis capability for supplier quotation and on-site check

Quản lý nhà cung cấp – hợp đồng, giá cả, năng lực sản xuất, giao hàng. Yêu cầu báo giá, phân tích chi phí cho báo giá nhà cung cấp và kiểm tra tại chỗ.

• Continuously improvement on daily operation work to increase productivity.

• Monitor and improve supplier performance according to supplier performance matrix, especially on cost.

• Be responsible to the raw material(steel, copper, stainless steel etc), chemical and packaging materials procurement besides intensive communication with involved functional areas within and outside of the own organization, you are also responsible to secure an adequate and compliant processing and documentation.

Chịu trách nhiệm về việc thu mua nguyên liệu thô (thép, đồng, thép không gỉ, v.v.), hóa chất và vật liệu đóng gói, đồng thời duy trì liên lạc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận chức năng liên quan trong và ngoài tổ chức. Ngoài ra, bạn cũng chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo quy trình chế biến và lập hồ sơ đầy đủ và tuân thủ quy định.

• Identification, determination and realization of saving potentials in cooperation with all plants

• Participation in the supplier nomination; Preparation and participation in price negotiations with suppliers; Cross function coordination capability for new supplier implementation

• Maintain supplier relationship and strength supplier’s cooperation; Experience in supplier management, demonstrated track record for improving supplier performance.

• Knowledge of manufacture and purchasing processes, negotiating competence as well as high quality awareness

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in sourcing, raw materials, manufacturing, or procurement

• VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) background preferred

• Strong knowledge of tooling, chemicals, processes, and supply chain management

• Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese required; English is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
