Senior Deposit & Remittance (Cash Management) Operations Officer

***Purpose: Follow the SOP and regulations to complete transactions and reports correctly.

***Main Tasks:

• Compliance with internal and external regulations to ensure transactions and reports executed correctly.

• Follow instructions and complete the assignment by supervisor.

• To learn and enrich professional knowledge and skills positively.

• Process overseas and local inward and outward remittance transactions via SWIFT, CITAD, and other electronic payment systems.

• Verify payment instructions, supporting documents, and underlying contracts for international transfers to ensure legitimacy.

• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) screening for all transaction initiators and beneficiaries.

• Deep knowledge of foreign exchange control regulations and AML/CFT standards.

• To prepare daily reports and monthly operations reports as required by Supervisor/Team lead.

• To participate projects as required from time to time.

• Knowledge of account opening procedures, FX, and time deposit for corporate clients will be preferred.

Key Performance Index (KPI)

**Non-financial Aspect:

• Well quality and accuracy of transactions and reports.

• Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints.

• Audit findings of scope of work.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and resolve complex operational issues.

**Professional Requirement:

• Familiar with internal and external regulations in Taiwan and Vietnam.

• Possess working experience in deposit, foreign exchange, accounting, etc.

**Most Challenging and Difficult Parts: Need to be familiar with the internal and external regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam and work efficiency requirements.

**Job Requirement:

• Education: University Graduate, Major in Economic and Banking is preferable.

• Work Experience: Banking industry experience 5 years or more is preferred.

• Language Skill:

+ Good communication skill in both English.

+ Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

• Certificate:

+ AML certification.

+ Internal Control Certification (if any) or other qualifications.
