Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze data, build dashboards, and support DS team in data analysis for ML/AI model building across Ride Hailing, Food, and Delivery sectors. 
• Assist in writing weekly and monthly reports. 
• Be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and products. 
• Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations, and marketing to deep dive on core issues and use data to find answers. 
• Research, develop, implement, and maintain forecasting models and decision making models to improve business operations. 
• Enjoy working on key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery, dealing with large datasets, and discovering interesting insights while working with a highly skilled ML/AI team, providing valuable learning experiences. 

The day-to-day activities: 

• Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
• Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
• Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards. 
• Being involved in key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery. 
• Working with large datasets, uncovering many interesting insights. 
• The team's high proficiency in ML/AI offers great learning opportunities.

Requirements:

• University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics. 
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in an analytics or insights related role.
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL. 
• Experience with BigQuery, SuperSet or Redash, Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualization tool a plus.
• Results and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Great work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude.
