Easybook is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion within the Vietnamese market. In this role, you will be responsible for digitizing the transport ecosystem by introducing our innovative terminal management and ERP solutions to key industry players.

Core Responsibilities

• Market Growth: Drive the growth of Easybook.com in Vietnam by duplicating the success achieved in Malaysia and Indonesia.

• Solution Promotion: Actively promote Easybook’s Terminal Management solutions and transport-ERP systems to bus and ferry terminals and operators.

• Sales Performance: Increase e-commerce ticket sales and consistently meet or exceed individual and company profit targets.

• Ecosystem Development: Build and revolutionize a strong, digitized ecosystem for land and sea transport across Vietnam.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans, including budget management, for Vietnam and Thailand.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational success and compliance with company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales and business development.

• Education: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and working independently to achieve targets.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust at the senior management level.

• Communication: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with Headquarters.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam and openness to future relocation.

• Work Flexibility: Open to a work-from-home arrangement.

• Preferred Assets: Existing connections or past experience with the Vietnam Ministry of Transport is a significant advantage.
