Job Summary

Senior Business Development Manager to report to the SEA Director collaborating with the Southeast Asia Business Development team to identify and secure new partnership opportunities and projects that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and market segments in Singapore to expand business reach and drive revenue growth

• Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends and inform strategic business development decisions

• Implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness across the region

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients including retail brands, architects, designers, hotel owners, landlords, and project management consultants locally and throughout Southeast Asia

• Achieve revenue targets by securing new projects and partnerships aligned with company growth objectives

• Collaborate effectively with internal functional teams to support project execution and tender submissions, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to potential clients to secure new business opportunities

• Demonstrate initiative and work autonomously to lead business development activities and achieve measurable results
