Tuyển dụng Senior Business Development Manager (Cross-Border Payments) tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Business Development (Cross-Border Payments) to develop international payment partnerships and grow cross-border payment business.

The role will focus on identifying, developing and executing new business opportunities with international payment companies, PSPs, payment gateways, banks, fintechs, remittance providers, E-Commerce platforms and other cross-border ecosystem partners.

• Develop and execute business development strategies for cross-border payment solutions.

• Identify and build partnerships with PSPs, payment gateways, banks, fintechs, MTOs, e-commerce platforms and other international partners.

• Focus on key corridors including Vietnam–China, Hong Kong, Singapore, ASEAN, US/Europe.

• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, FX, transaction fees, revenue sharing and settlement models.

• Manage the BD pipeline from prospecting and business case development through contract signing and launch.

• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations teams to deliver payment projects.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and new payment opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Technology or related fields.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Product / Payment, preferably within fintech, banking or financial services.

• Proven experience in cross-border/international payment projects.

• Experience working directly with international partners.

• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement, FX and transaction models.

• Strong commercial negotiation and partnership development skills.

• Existing network with PSPs, banks, fintechs, payment gateways or MTOs is a strong advantage.

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent English is mandatory; Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in China/Hong Kong corridors, ASEAN payments, merchant acquiring, remittance, B2B cross-border payments, e-commerce payments, FX/treasury or API-based payment infrastructure is a plus.
