Senior Business Analyst

• Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
• Analyze requirements from both business and end-user perspectives.
• Ensure business requirements are fully understood by the development team and provide input to design and product specifications.
• Document functional and business requirements in clear, structured formats.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and support API design documentation.
• Develop use cases, activity diagrams, and system process flows.
• Track and manage all change requests, requirements, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the development team to review specifications, conduct Q&A sessions, consult on solutions, and resolve issues.
• Support Project Leaders (PL) and Project Managers (PM) in building development plans, estimating effort, tracking milestones, and following up on progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow task development progress, conduct UAT, and deliver demos/training to end-users.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design ideation, business process analysis, and documentation — including drafting requirement specs, generating wireframes/mockups, modeling process flows, and producing high-quality deliverables faster and with greater consistency.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience in Retail and E-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Visio, prototyping, wireframing, and use case modeling tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills; able to grasp complex software systems quickly.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Documentation: Proven experience in producing clear, concise, and well-structured design and requirement documents.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of UML is a significant asset.
• Language: Fluent English, especially in writing and reading; Vietnamese is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Coordination: Ability to support PL/PM in development planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and progress follow-up across cross-functional teams.
• AI Adoption: Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Miro AI, Figma AI, or similar) to design ideation, business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation. Able to craft effective prompts, validate AI outputs, and integrate AI into day-to-day BA workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure with flexibility on working hours when needed.
