• Giám sát và vận hành các hệ IBS
• Xử lý sự cố mức cơ bản
• Kiểm tra định kỳ, bảo trì theo checklist
• Phối hợp vendor & kỹ sư senior
• Ghi nhận log & báo cáo
• Hỗ trợ dự án nâng cấp
• Tuân thủ quy trình & an toàn

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Kỹ năng:
Basic knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, PBX, BAS.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, IP, PoE).
Ability to read system diagrams and simple technical documents.

Kinh nghiệm:
1–2 years in building operation, IT support, ELV, or smart building systems (preferred).

Tố chất:
Willing to learn, careful, responsible.
Able to work in shifts/on‐site when required.
Good teamwork and communication attitude.
