Build Real-World Agentic AI at Enterprise Scale

We are transforming enterprise workflow systems into intelligent AI-driven platforms capable of understanding requirements, generating applications and workflows, validating outputs, and continuously improving through feedback and learning.

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who combines strong AI engineering expertise, full-stack engineering capability, and product-oriented mindset to build scalable, production-grade AI systems for real enterprise environments. This is not a proof-of-concept role — you will work on real AI systems deployed at enterprise scale with measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

AI Engineering & Agentic AI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered capabilities for enterprise workflow platforms

• Build and improve Agentic AI systems for workflow generation, application generation, and intelligent automation

• Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, and structured AI workflows

• Improve AI reliability, accuracy, scalability, and operational quality

AI Platform & Data Engineering

• Build pipelines to extract, structure, and transform enterprise and legacy system data into AI-ready datasets

• Work with ETL/ELT pipelines, vector databases, graph databases, search, and indexing systems

• Support AI lifecycle management including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

• Contribute to AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and quality monitoring systems

Full-Stack & Enterprise System Integration

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms

• Support AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent routing, predictive insights, and modernization initiatives

• Work with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable enterprise systems

• Contribute to security, governance, and operational best practices for AI systems

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices

• Drive problem-solving and technical discussions across global teams

• Help translate complex business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on AI/ML system development experience

• Expert-level Python programming skills

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration frameworks

• Strong experience building scalable, production-grade enterprise systems

• Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems

• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks

• Experience modernizing legacy systems or enterprise workflow platforms

• Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code or business process automation platforms

• Experience with vector databases, graph databases, or AI observability tools

• Knowledge of AI performance optimization, inference optimization, or model efficiency techniques
