Role Summary

- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance.

- Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier.

- Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier.

- Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route.

- Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are timely informed if any changes.

- Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Sales person.

- Ensure Billing are accurate without error.

- File Manifest, send the AN to the customer, follow trucking and delivery cargo to the customers. And then make D/N and send the Invoice to the customer.

- Consulting/advising on customs documentation tasks when being asked, if any.

Specific Accountabilities

- Have functional knowledge in air, sea logistics, incoterms.

- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Have good communication skills in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing.

- Be good at planning/organizing and time management.

- Have ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines.

- Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).

Experience and Qualifications

- University or college degree, majoring in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or relevant fields.

- Having at least 5-10 year experience working both in Import-Export position in middle sized or big forwarding companies.
