Scrum Master Intern

• Participate in an 8-week Scrum Master & Future Leader training program designed with a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring, and practical sharing sessions.
• Learn and practice fundamental knowledge of Agile, Scrum Framework, Scrum Events, Product Backlog, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, and Definition of Ready.
• Observe, support, and gradually facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Practice the Scrum Master role on real projects at SETA under the guidance of Mentors, Senior Scrum Masters, or Project Managers.
• Track and analyze Scrum metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Chart, Sprint Goal Rate, and Impediment Log.
• Support the identification of impediments, propose solutions, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to improve team performance.
• Join debrief sessions, case studies, coaching activities, and real project discussions with mentors.
• Develop key skills including facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
• Complete a final Capstone Project, including a practical report, key learnings, and an Agile improvement plan for the project or organization.

• Final-year students, third-year students, or fresh graduates majoring in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.
• Strong career interest in Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Delivery Management, or leadership roles in the technology industry.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Agile, Scrum, and software project management is a plus.
• Good logical thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to observe, analyze problems, and propose improvements.
• Good communication, active listening, and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility, growth mindset, and commitment to participating in training and hands-on practice throughout the program.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Candidates with experience in student clubs, group projects, leader/coordinator roles, or internship experience in an IT environment are preferred.
• Commitment to fully participate in training sessions, mentoring activities, and on-the-job practice as required by the program.
