Executive Branding Specialist

We are transforming from a traditional IT outsourcing company into an AI-first consulting and engineering organization. We are looking for a Digital Business Development & Executive Branding Specialist to work directly with the CEO to build executive brand awareness and generate enterprise business opportunities.

Enterprise buyers trust people before companies. Your mission is to help the CEO become a trusted voice while generating qualified business opportunities through LinkedIn (or similar channels), executive branding and digital networking.
3. Mission
Build trust before selling. Turn relationships into long-term partnerships and create a scalable enterprise sales engine.
4. What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months: CEO profile becomes a respected industry voice, inbound opportunities increase, executive network expands, and LinkedIn becomes a consistent lead generation channel.
5. Key Responsibilities
Executive Branding & Ghostwriting
LinkedIn Social Selling
Research target accounts and buying signals
Build relationships with CEOs/CIOs/Founders
Coordinate with Rainmakers, Sales, FDEs and Solution Architects
Maintain CRM and executive pipeline
Prepare weekly market intelligence reports
Repurpose meetings and conferences into thought leadership
