Working hour: Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm

Working location: Hanoi/CDC Le Dai Hanh building

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to manage sales data, handle customer onboarding, and analyze market trends. You will use our internal systems to track team performance and cargo volumes, while supporting our cross-border clients with registration, contracts, and basic technical setup. 

1. Daily Support: Guide customers in creating accounts, processing contracts, assisting customers in placing orders, etc.; monitor payment terms and collections; assist in answering questions regarding customer or sales-side processes, help sales resolve emergencies, and improve service quality;

2. Handle system-related issues: including system error reporting, system API integration, and other matters;

3. Process management: Supervise the implementation, optimization, and iteration of the sales process; assist the sales department in daily management and monitoring.

4. Data Report: Monitor and operate key indicators of the sales department, conduct in-depth data analysis, identify sales trends, issues, and opportunities, and promote a data-driven decision-making process;

5. Marketing Promotion: Social media operation and update; Coordination of online and offline activities; Collection of materials related to marketing activities;

6. Others: Undertake relevant requirements from the sales support department of the headquarters, and promote their implementation and execution in the Vietnam region, such as training, cultural projects, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields, with knowledge of sea/air/land transport operations.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese(written & spoken) for cross-border emails, calls, and meetings; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and resilience under pressure.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
