Sales Planning – Japanese Required (B2B | Industrial Clients)

- Develop objectives and the business plan

- Allocate resources (including: human resources, budget...) and oversee implementation of business plans to achieve objectives

- Organize and oversee customer and market intelligence analysis

- Evaluate and prioritize market opportunities

- Govern and manage product development program in local: selection of new potential products from Group; evaluation of the consumption of products to market opportunities and the proficiency of production

- Develop and manage marketing plans, sales strategy in Vietnam, sales plans

- Perform revenue accounting

- Perform other tasks upon request

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1)    University degree

2)    Fluent in Japanese and good enough English for working

3)    Proficient in Excel and general Office 365

4)    2 years experience in Sales Planning position, good working in sales database & sales figure summary and related sales report

5)    Having 3-5 working experience, Prefer candidates who have experience to work in Japan or Japanese manufacturing company
