Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support Helinox commercial operations through sales planning, business analysis, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for sales performance reporting, budgeting, pricing analysis, customer operations, and process improvement to support business growth and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is a proactive business partner who collaborates closely with Sales, Finance,  Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance business visibility, and drive commercial performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Sales Operations 

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and sales targets.  
• Lead quarterly sales quota planning, allocation, and performance evaluation.  
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports, highlighting business opportunities and potential risks.  
• Lead customer onboarding processes, including contract coordination, system setup, platform configuration, and product listing.  
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop fulfillment solutions for key accounts. 
• Monitor customer performance and proactively identify operational risks.  
• Coordinate customer contract renewals and terminations with the Legal team and other relevant stakeholders.  
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.  
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to support business operations.  

2. Commercial Finance 

• Manage sales budgets and monitor operating expenses to ensure effective cost control.  
• Analyze Budget vs. Actual performance, expense trends, and profitability to support business decisions.  
• Develop pricing simulations and profitability models for customers, products, and sales programs.  
• Prepare regular profit and loss (P&L) analyses by customer, sales channel, and business unit.  
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotions, marketing activities, and other commercial initiatives. 
• Manage customer credit insurance applications and coordinate periodic credit limit reviews with the Sales and Finance teams.  
• Identify financial risks and recommend actions to improve profitability and overall business performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.  
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Sales Planning, Business Planning, or a related field.  
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.  
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and P&L management.  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP, ERP systems, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools is preferred.  
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.  
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.  
• Good command of spoken and written English.
