Process Analyst

• Review BOM, patterns, samples, and technical documents to ensure accurate costing data.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams throughout product development to establish product costs.
• Calculate product costs, material consumption, thread consumption, and maintain BOM accuracy.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) and sewing operation cycle times.
• Monitor changes in materials, production processes, and methods, and assess their impact on product costs.
• Communicate and negotiate material prices with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure costing activities are completed according to development timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Team Leader.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing, IE, OPS, product development, or related functions in the backpack/bag industry or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in layout planning and operation breakdown (OPS) in R&D or factory is preferred.
• GSD certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work under pressure, with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred; ability to read, understand, and prepare documents in English is required.
