JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing quotation, on-time delivery, orders fulfillment.
Understand customers’ needs to provide quick and accurate actions to get customers’ satisfaction.
Handle customer complaint: Investigate and cooperate with other teams to resolve customer complaints professionally.
Other tasks are assigned by leaders/manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduated from University
Experience:
Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years’ experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Good command at English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hard-working, aggressive with good communication skills.
Experience in trim or textile is preferred.

Employment type: Full-time official staff

Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
