JOB DESCRIPTION
Payment of import tax.
Allocate expenses to the relevant departments.
Receive payment requests and coordinate with related departments to collect supporting documents.
Prepare and input payment data into SAP system.
Handle company card and business trip expense rprocessing.
Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduated from University or higher (major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
Experience:
– Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and payment processes.
– Experience with SAP or other accounting software is preferred.
Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas).
– Basic English or Japanese (with 4 skills).
– Careful, honest, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
