JOB DESCRIPTION

• Payment of import tax.
• Allocate expenses to the relevant departments.
• Receive payment requests and coordinate with related departments to collect supporting documents.
• Prepare and input payment data into SAP system.
• Handle company card and business trip expense rprocessing.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Graduated from University or higher (major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)

Experience

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and payment processes.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software is preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas).
• Basic English or Japanese (with 4 skills).
• Careful, honest, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
