• Research and analyze customers’ technical needs, applications, and requirements to propose suitable products and solutions.

• Work closely with the Sales team to develop new customers, expand existing accounts, and identify business opportunities.

• Participate in meetings with customers, distributors, and partners to provide technical consultation and support.

• Consult on products and technical solutions suitable for customers’ actual needs and applications.

• Support Sales in product selection, technical specification, solution configuration, and quotation preparation.

• Prepare technical documents, solution proposals, product comparisons, presentations, and other materials supporting sales activities.

• Conduct product/solution introductions, presentations, and demonstrations for customers, distributors, and partners when required.

• Follow up and support business opportunities from initial inquiry and technical consultation through to customer order confirmation.

• Work closely with Sales to handle customers’ technical questions, requests, and issues throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with the Technical Team/HQ to handle special technical requirements, confirm specifications, and identify suitable solutions for customers.

• Support product/solution testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.

• Collect customer feedback and market information on products, applications, and technical needs to support business activities and product development.

• Proactively research and learn about the company’s new products and technologies to improve technical knowledge and solution consulting capabilities.

• Read and understand datasheets, catalogues, manuals, and basic electrical diagrams for technical consulting and sales activities.

• Perform other tasks related to Sales Engineering and technical support as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Control & Automation, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electrical equipment.

• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, datasheets, and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of industrial automation, electrical equipment, and control systems is an advantage.

• Experience with the company’s products is not required; training will be provided.

• Candidates with experience in Technical Support, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer positions are preferred.

• Ability to self-learn and independently research technical issues.

• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Ability to use English to read technical documents and communicate with HQ.
