As a Sales Engineer, you will combine your technical knowledge with sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of LMS products in Vietnam.

• Meet with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare quotations and proposals.

• Support customers throughout delivery, installation, training, and basic troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Gather market insights and contribute to sales performance reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science/Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, or related fields.

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications of measuring instruments.

• Good communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Confident, proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel when required.

*Preferred Background

- For Hanoi:

• Experience or knowledge in Technical Sales, preferably related to Plastics or Rubber Lab/Production, Automotive, Electronics Manufacturing, or Steel/Metal industries.

- For Ho Chi Minh City:

• Experience or knowledge in Technical Sales, preferably related to Plastics or Rubber Lab/Production or Automotive.
