Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Sales teams. In this role, you’ll help with tasks like research, lead generation, and customer outreach across different channels. You’ll assist in supporting the team’s efforts to grow the business, contributing to various daily tasks that help keep things running smoothly.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an interest in marketing and lead generation. You are comfortable working with data, researching prospects, and finding effective ways to reach potential customers. You can handle multiple tasks, such as supporting outreach campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. You work well in collaborative environments and are open to developing your skills in a fast-paced company.

• Lead Research &Qualification: Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other online platforms. Qualify prospects based on criteria such as industry, company size, and fit for our services.
• Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing key lead generation metrics and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Social Media Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage social media outreach campaigns aimed at generating leads and boosting brand awareness.
• Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to nurture leads and transform them into qualified sales prospects.
• Competitor and Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends to provide insights that support lead generation strategies and marketing efforts.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Degree in sales, business, or any other similar field
• Previous experience working in a sales focused role
• Knowledge of using technology for outbound sales
• Understanding of consumerism and contemporary trends.
• Great research and writing skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Respect for people and ideas
