Sales Admin Intern

- Recruitment & Administrative Support
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (service agreements, NDAs,
- collaboration agreements, etc.)
- Track contract status and ensure proper documentation and timely completion.
- Maintain and update internal databases, including candidates, clients, and job orders.
- Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer preparation.
- Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
- Office & Operations Support
- Prepare quotations, templates, and internal/external documents.
- Manage internal documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and records.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
- Social Media & Content Support
- Manage and maintain company social media pages (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Support posting job openings, recruitment content, and company updates.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Sales teams to publish and share content.
- Assist in basic content formatting and ensure consistent branding across platforms.

- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or business operations.
- Good communication and time management skills.
