Business Development Internship

Job Summary: As a Business Development Intern, you will support the team in generating new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and contributing to the company’s sales pipeline. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting clients, and want real exposure to B2B business development in the headhunting industry.
Research and identify potential clients (target companies, decision-makers).Proactively reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Support in building and managing sales pipeline and client database (CRM).Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales materials.
Join client meetings/calls and support follow-ups.
Collaborate with Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and align solutions.
Track sales activities and update reports regularly.
Support other tasks related to business development activities.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Good communication skills; English is a strong advantage.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client interaction.
Proactive, confident, and comfortable with outreach & meeting new people.
Sales-driven mindset: goal-oriented, resilient, willing to learn from rejection.
Good organization and time management skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office; CRM tools is a plus.
