Recruitment Consultant (Internship)

About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will work closely with our consulting team to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and assessing candidates to assisting with client and market research. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive search and talent consulting, while developing your professional communication, analytical, and business acumen skills.
Support in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments of potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
Assist with market mapping, talent research, and client insights for different industries.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Prepare weekly reports and summaries for consultants and team leads.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (reading & writing).Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job platforms is a plus.
