Participated in the entire process of project development, and ensured the quality of software delivery through issue management.

Formulate software improvement plans and problem resolution plans, and drive teams such as development and testing to meet delivery requirements.

Interface with clients to confirm issues on the Client side, and complete issue sorting, feedback, and quality objective negotiation.

Develop a software audit plan to improve software quality at all stages of the R&D process.

Responsible for the creation and management of Jira boards, and managing dashboards and kanbans to feed back information and drive quality-related work.

Complete the construction of the quality system to ensure that the processes of the quality system meet all the requirements of customers, and the quality objectives of higher ASPICE levels are not excluded.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile development processes

Have a certain foundation in English and can communicate effectively.

Possess good communication and expression skills, and be adept at critical thinking.

Proactive in nature, and courageous in expressing personal viewpoints when communicating with multinational teams.
