Defect Management Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Follow up issues raised by customers and joint testing, drive each R&D module to deliver solutions, track progress and manage issue closure.

2. Communicate with customers and provide regular updates on issue resolution status.

3. Proficient in defect management tools such as JIRA and Zen Tao; familiar with agile development workflow.

4. Conduct defect data statistics, generate bug burndown charts. Analyze defects from multiple dimensions (priority, software module, assignee, weekly ratio of created & resolved bugs, etc.), identify common risks and drive process optimization.

5. Drive defect rectification to meet closure rate target; sort typical reusable issues into knowledge base and extract key information for cross-team reference.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with fluent oral Chinese & English communication are preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry. Familiarity with cockpit products and product test management experience is a plus.

3. Proactive, responsible and good at teamwork.

4. Strong coordination and communication skills; capable of identifying, analyzing and resolving issues efficiently.
