About the role
You'll own the relationship for a portfolio of about 300 students and their families — the person they know by name and trust to check in on their progress. Part relationship manager, part consultant, renewal-focused sale
What you'll do
- Take ownership of a portfolio of students, building trusted, ongoing relationships with both students and parents.
- Own the renewal number for your portfolio — you're accountable for how many families renew.
- Work in a blended care + sales model: genuinely caring for families while consultatively guiding them toward renewal.
- Proactively spot early signs a family may be at risk of leaving, and step in before it becomes a lost renewal.
- Report regularly on renewal performance and the health of your portfolio.

Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience as an Education Consultant (care + consultant) at training centers or education business is a strong plus.
- Comfortable managing a large portfolio (about 300 families) with a personal touch.
- Strong communicator who can balance genuine care with persuasive, goal-oriented conversations.
- Motivated by targets and comfortable being accountable for a renewal number.
