Regulatory Management & Trade Compliance Executive (12 months)

Your role:

• Review and match customer licenses with company's licenses in Vietnam.

• Track and manage import / export quotas.

• Coordinate regulatory pathways.

• Collaborate with the Demand & Supply Team.

• Monitor all Life Science shipments.

• Support customs clearance processes.

• Respond to customer inquiries.

• Maintain up-to-date regulatory data.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineer OR Chemical related background.

• At least 2 years of experience in the related field, such as import licensing, chemical regulatory compliance, or chemical law.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to completing tasks with accountability and ownership.

• Preferable has digital exposure and mindset.

• Fluent in English proficient.
