Tuyển dụng Recruitment & Training Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding followup.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment progress.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess competency, motivation, English ability and culture fit.
- Track recruitment metrics, evaluate hiring effectiveness and propose improvement actions.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including schedules, participants, vendors and logistics.
- Support training needs analysis, training plans and training effectiveness evaluation.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Support Employer Branding activities, including recruitment communication, social media and campus recruitment.
- Support internal culture, employee engagement and other People & Culture activities as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- 3–5 years of solid experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with strong end-to-end recruitment capability.
- Recruitment experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical skills and understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Training, Employer Branding or Culture activities is an advantage.
- Proactive, responsible and results-driven.
