Recruitment Specialist

Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions in the Hà Nội office.
Build and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key leadership roles (including Director and above).
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice in the media industry.
Yêu cầu:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in corporate or agency hiring.
Proven track record in senior-level hiring (e.g., Director, Head of Department).
Strong understanding of the media, digital, or e-commerce industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, dedicated, and passionate attitude toward recruitment and employer branding.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
