Recruiter

Develop and execute end-to-end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and confident, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills
Familiar with the local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
