R&D Product Development Staff/ Nhân Viên R&D/ Phát Triển Mẫu

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product design, material selection and sample development processes.

• Prepare materials for sample production and conduct basic tests to verify suitability.

• Review and verify product requirements, specifications and sample quality.

• Work with the sample production team to produce samples according to design and customer requirements.

• Prepare cost breakdowns, project timelines and progress updates to ensure on-time development.

• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth transition from development to mass production.

Trách nhiệm chính

• Tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế sản phẩm, lựa chọn vật liệu và phát triển mẫu.

• Chuẩn bị vật liệu cho sản xuất mẫu và thực hiện các kiểm tra cơ bản để xác minh tính phù hợp.

• Kiểm tra và xác minh yêu cầu sản phẩm, thông số kỹ thuật và chất lượng mẫu.

• Phối hợp với nhóm sản xuất mẫu để tạo mẫu theo thiết kế và yêu cầu khách hàng.

• Chuẩn bị phân tích chi phí, kế hoạch tiến độ và cập nhật tình trạng nhằm đảm bảo phát triển sản phẩm đúng hạn.

• Liên hệ với khách hàng và các bộ phận nội bộ để đảm bảo chuyển tiếp suôn sẻ từ phát triển mẫu sang sản xuất hàng loạt.

Yêu cầu chính

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, cả viết và nói.
